The assets are for sale via Miedema Asset Management Group in conjunction with Orbitbid.com and Robert Levy and Associates, Inc. This is a sealed bid asset sale only. The submission period of sealed bids offers for this sale will close on Wednesday, September 19 at 5:00 pm. Be sure to submit your top bid. Assets will be sold to the highest and/or the best bidder. The seller reserves the right to accept the highest and/or best offer, and/or reject any and all bids, based on their sole discretion. Upon acknowledgment of being chosen as a winning bidder, the bidder shall be the Purchaser and shall pay in full immediately thereafter and have 100 Days for proper removal of the assets.
